I want to switch from monthly to annual payment - but I can’t see a way to do this, even if I cancel from the billing page I only have the option to resubscribe monthly. Hope this isn’t a skill issue on my end!
Right now, the only way to do this would be to cancel, then create a new account and subscribe to annual. Hope to build in functionality for this soon.
If you do cancel and resubscribe, just ping us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll refund the monthly charge.
