Hi, sorry for writing here on forum but I don’t know how to reach the cursor team. I was trying to upgrade my subscription but for whatever reason it fails. I tried using two different bank accounts / credit cards. I even asked my friend to create an account and try upgrading the subscription using his credit card - it failed as well.
Are you experiencing issues with Stripe/payments?
Hey Patryk, how’s it going? I’m just a member of the forum, but I find it difficult that cursor is facing any problems with payments, my monthly subscription was paid on the 28th without any problems, stripe did not report any discrepancies in the statuses (https://status.stripe.com/). However, on discord they comment that problems such as billing can be resolved via email
