Is it possible to add an Openrouter.ai key by changing a config file somewhere?

Looks like only one change needs to be made
openai.api_base = “https://openrouter.ai/api/v1”
Possible?
If not I think this would be a great feature add. I was trying to set up an OpenAI API key and got the dreaded “Card declined” mystery error… after looking around it looks like this is one of the better alternatives.
