Support -- Refund Request for incorrect billing

Hi, I’ve cancelled my cursor pro subscription on mid-March, but during recent days, when checking my credit card statement, I was still billed by cursor for subscription fee. This is an incorrect billing and from my usage record, you can see I didn’t use even one request of cursor AI chat during this billing period. Please help me proceed with the refund for this incorrect billing, and make sure I will not be billed by cursor anymore in the future!


FYI: My cursor account (signed in with google) is with the same email address as I register in this forum.
