Why chat is answering over a file different than "current file"?

Why if on chat I referenced to current file, give the answer about other opened file?
what is doing that? because when I asked to chat about “find issues in files” answer can’t read files (ok) but now read and answer over opened files

Is it possible that you talked about “AdsAccountController.php” before you switched over to “getCurrencyRates.php” and asked your new question? If so, your question doesn’t make it exactly clear which code you’re referencing, and the AI could still think you’re talking about the other file. If you’re jumping between files in the same chat, you may need to briefly clarify which code you are talking about, for example, by saying “How can I improve my code in getCurrencyRates.php?”.
